Shipping Outside the US

*Countries outside the US: Duties & taxes might be generated at destination (your country) and you will have to comply with this payment to clear your order from customs. Julio Designs is not responsible for this payment.

Jewelry Care

When getting dressed, put your jewelry on last. Jewelry exposed to makeup, perfume, and hairspray may discolor. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, dishwashing, etc.

Damage Policy

  • Upon receipt, you have 3 days to notify us if an item was damaged in transit.
  • Please contact customer service for return authorization by emailing retail@juliodesigns.com

Exchange Policy

Julio Designs does not accept returns or offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another Julio Designs item equal to or greater than the item purchased.

  • Please notify Julio Designs of your intent to exchange before shipping by emailing customer service at retail@juliodesigns.com
  • All exchanges must be received by Julio Designs within 14 days of the date you received the item.
  • Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Limited items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Any item on sale or promotion is not eligible for exchange.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and be accompanied by JulioDesigns.com online proof of purchase.
  • We cannot exchange any items that look worn or unsaleable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping exchanges at their own expense. Please use a reputable shipping service which provides tracking information.
  • Julio Designs is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
  • Julio Designs does not refund original shipping charges.
  • Julio Designs reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchanges and make changes to this policy without notice.

Repair Policy

Repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please photograph the item in question and contact us via email retail@juliodesigns.com.

If your item or items do not meet the above requirements, they will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receiving your item. You will receive an email confirmation once your replacement item has been shipped.
